Katie Buckles is a born and bred “Georgia-girl” whose path with Foster Care was God-ordained even before coming on staff with Life Ranch! She and her husband, Tyler, knew God was calling them to grow their family, and led them to take local DFACS classes in 2016, to become foster (& eventually, adoptive) parents. Now, Rylie (19), Sam(7), & Lilah(6) are their primary ministry, as-meanwhile-Tyler grows a new e-commerce business and Katie seeks to connect local churches & volunteers to Life Ranch through the “FAM” (Family Advocacy Ministry) model.
